Q: We have one internal IT person already. Can you work alongside them? Yes, and this is one of the more common setups we work in. Your internal person handles day-to-day requests from staff β password resets, printer jams, new user setup. We handle the infrastructure: monitoring, patching, server management, network, and anything that needs specialist depth. They get backup when things get complex. You get senior-level expertise without adding another full-time salary. It works well when roles are clearly defined from day one, which we make sure of during onboarding.
Q: How long does onboarding take? For most clients, two weeks. Week one is discovery and documentation β we map your entire environment, audit what you have, and build the inventory. Week two is deployment β monitoring agents, access setup, patching baseline, and establishing the support workflow with your team. By the end of week two, we're actively managing your environment and your team knows exactly how to reach us.
Q: What happens when something breaks at 10pm? For managed clients, WhatsApp is open for genuine emergencies outside business hours. A complete server failure, a network outage affecting the whole office, a security incident β we respond. A single slow laptop at 10pm is a next-morning job. We'll be honest with you about what qualifies as an emergency, and we've never had a client abuse it.
Q: Can you manage our systems if we're not in Hyderabad? Remote monitoring, patch management, server management, vendor coordination, and helpdesk support can all be delivered remotely. We currently manage systems for clients in the UAE β time zones haven't been a problem. For on-site visits, we cover Hyderabad and Secunderabad. If you have offices in multiple cities, we can discuss options.
Q: What do you need from us to get started? A 30-minute conversation and access to your environment for the initial audit. We don't need a 40-page requirements document. Tell us what's frustrating you, what's broken, what you're worried about, and what's worked well. We take it from there.
Q: No lock-in contracts β really? Really. Month-to-month. We ask for 30 days' notice if you want to offboard β so we have time to hand over documentation, transfer credentials, and make sure your next IT partner isn't starting from scratch. But there's no penalty, no minimum term, and no legal argument if you decide to leave. We think long-term relationships should be earned, not enforced.
